1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on dax88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dax88 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with Indonesian community standards for adult entertainment services. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by dax88 or by any recognised responsible gaming authority, at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by dax88 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your use of the Platform.

dax88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change to account details, or where suspicious activity is identified. KYC documents typically required include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, SIM — driving licence, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (e.g., a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or a utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your registered name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within ten (10) calendar days of the request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification process is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dax88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and dax88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

dax88 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within the Account Settings section of the Platform.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the dax88 support team immediately via live chat, available 24/7. dax88 will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation upon receiving a verified report of suspected unauthorised access.

5 Deposits

All deposits on dax88 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Supported deposit channels include local Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and approved e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dax88, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. dax88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

Deposits are credited to your dax88 Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. In the event of a delay, Players are advised to retain their transaction reference number and contact dax88 support with this reference for expedited investigation.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• dax88 reserves the right to request proof that a deposit originated from a payment account held in the Player's name before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a dax88 Account. Players are advised to verify all deposit details carefully before confirming any transaction.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit to the Account. dax88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, alternative names, or payment methods not on file.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) business hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Players who have received Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before any withdrawal request can be processed. The outstanding wagering requirement is displayed within the Player's Account dashboard at all times.

dax88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 or that are identified as unusual by the Platform's risk management systems. Such checks may extend processing times by up to 48 hours. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dax88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions timed around key Indonesian occasions such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). The specific terms of each promotion — including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion's Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply to all dax88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion.
• Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the specific promotion (typically 7 or 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit).
• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be claimed while a previous bonus remains active and its wagering requirement is outstanding.
• dax88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if, in its sole judgment, the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements, placing bets on outcomes with near-certain probability, or using two or more accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement having been satisfied.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the dax88 Platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible directly within the game interface. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dax88 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, structured wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy deemed abusive by dax88's risk management team.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while the corresponding funds remain in your dax88 Account balance. All chargeback attempts will be investigated, and accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dax88 Platform — including but not limited to the dax88 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, audio-visual materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of dax88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed publicly, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dax88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dax88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of whether dax88 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information, content, or advice published on the Platform, including game strategy guides, odds information, or promotional descriptions.

In any event, dax88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their dax88 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit dax88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by dax88's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

dax88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at dax88.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to dax88's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dax88 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications. Personal data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between dax88 and a Player, the following resolution process applies:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
